1.體檢:大多數男性不愛去看醫生,總認為自己沒什麽病。但據資料統計,有80%的重病患者承認,自己是長期不去醫院,小病誤成大病,等到心臟病、腦溢血等病發作時才被迫去醫院,結果貽誤了最佳治療時機。所以,每年例行體檢是保持健康的最好方法。
3.戒油:男人的口味一般都較重,尤其是愛喝酒的男人,一般都會喜歡吃油膩和油炸食物,這樣容易使體重增加,增加患血管疾病的危險。所以男性用餐時也要吃些清淡的食物,多吃植物油少吃動物油,平時多吃些蒜和魚類,適量喝點紅葡萄酒,這樣做能降低體內的膽固醇含量。
5.痣變:如果不再增加或出血,痣本身不會有什麽危險,但許多男性對自己的皮膚並不怎麽關心,要改變這種不良習慣。經常註意自己的痣有沒有異常現象,避免痣惡變帶來的嚴重後果。
6.胸痛:男性有時在幹體力活或運動後會出現胸口痛的情況,一般休息片刻胸痛會停止,大都不太在意。這種情況可能正常,但也可能是心臟病的早期癥狀,最好是去醫院檢查一下,確診後才使人放心。
